What is the difference between Design and Complete?
Design is the core planning app. Complete is the full suite — it bundles Design, a FT field seat, and the PM scheduling app into one subscription, so one person can design, execute, and manage the entire project without juggling separate plans. Legacy SContractor subscribers are automatically grandfathered into Complete at their original price.
Do I need to buy PM separately if I have Complete?
No. Complete already includes PM. If you only need PM alongside a design seat you already have, PM is also available as a standalone subscription at $20/mo or $200/yr.
What does the PM 7-day trial include?
Full functionality with no credit card required. The trial includes the built-in Willow Ridge demo project so you can explore Gantt scheduling, labor tracking, and the confidence dashboard before importing your own project.
What iOS version does PM require?
SContractor PM requires iPadOS 17 or later. Design and FT run on iPadOS 16+. All three apps also run on Apple Silicon Macs in compatibility mode.
How does seat pricing work?
One seat per person, per app. Mix and match: a PM with a Complete seat, three field techs with FT seats, and a project manager with a PM seat, for example. Volume discounts are available for larger crews.

Yes. Volume discounts scale with seat count across all apps.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Upgrade to yearly any time and the remainder of your monthly plan is prorated as credit. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
How does sync work?
Design, FT, and PM all read the same .scon project file. Sync through iCloud Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive, or Google Drive. OneDrive and SharePoint are the recommended options for PM since they support team-shared files without manual sharing steps.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the next billing cycle. Yearly plans run to the end of the paid term. No penalties or fees.
