How does seat pricing work?
One seat per person. SContractor is $50/mo or $500/yr per seat. SContractor FT is $25/mo or $250/yr per seat. Mix and match — a PM with a design seat, three techs with FT seats, for example.
Do I need both apps?
SContractor already includes everything FT does — a solo operator only needs one Design seat. FT exists as a cheaper field-only seat for crew members who just execute the plans, not design them.
What's actually in FT that isn't in SContractor?
Nothing — FT is a subset. SContractor does everything FT does, plus design, symbols, cabling, and exports. FT is priced lower because field-only crew don't need the design tools.
Is there volume pricing?
Yes — for crews of any size. Volume discounts scale with seat count. Talk to sales for a custom quote.
Can I switch between monthly & yearly?
Yes. Upgrade to yearly any time and we'll prorate the remainder of your monthly plan as credit. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days for each app. Full functionality, no credit card required to start.
How does sync work?
Sync through whatever cloud your team already uses: iCloud Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive, or Google Drive. Real-time deltas keep office and field in lockstep. For personal OneDrive or Google Drive, the owner must share the file; for SharePoint, anyone with site access can open the project.
Will it work on my iPad or Mac?
Any iPad running iPadOS 16+. Apple Pencil, Stage Manager, and Magic Keyboard shortcuts supported. Also runs on Apple Silicon Macs (Designed for iPad compatibility mode) today — a native Mac app is coming soon.
Cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the next billing cycle; yearly plans run to the end of the paid term. No penalties.
