Each guide opens to a short screen recording — hosted on scontractor.app, nothing to install, nothing tracked — followed by step-by-step text you can skim or search.

SContractor is for design — importing floor plans, placing symbols, routing cables, and exporting reports. SContractor FT is for the field — marking symbols complete, flagging exceptions, and tracking phase progress on-site.
Yes, but you'll need a project to open. Typically the design app creates the project, syncs it, and FT opens it from the cloud.
PDF (multi-page), PNG, JPG, and TIFF. PDF is recommended — SContractor keeps the original sheet geometry for calibration.
It runs entirely on-device using Apple's Core ML. You train it by capturing 3–5 examples of each symbol from the legend; it then finds matches across any sheet in under three seconds.
Yes. Both apps fully run offline. Sync picks up automatically when connectivity returns — deltas merge cleanly back to your chosen cloud provider.
iCloud Drive (default), SharePoint, OneDrive, and Google Drive. Pick whichever matches how your team already works. Real-time deltas sync through the provider you chose.
Team access: For SharePoint, anyone with access to the site library can open the project. For personal OneDrive or Google Drive, the file owner must share the project file with teammates before they can sync.
You can re-order columns and add filters on any of the 11 presets. Custom CSV schemas are on the roadmap.
Mac: SContractor and FT run on Apple Silicon Macs today via Designed-for-iPad compatibility, with a native Mac app coming soon.
Android & Windows: both are in active development, targeted for 2026. We're bringing the full feature set across — design tools, field completion, and multi-cloud sync — so mixed-device crews aren't left out.
Yes. Files live in the cloud storage you chose (iCloud, SharePoint, OneDrive, or Google Drive) — under your tenancy, with your encryption, under your access controls. Sync deltas move through encrypted channels; we don't hold the project content on our servers.
